How It Works

1
Early Knock-Out (Best Case)
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8MaturityKO!(KO dropped to 90%)

At any monthly observation, if the worst-performing stock (worst-performing stock in the basket) closes at or above 105.0% of strike, the note is called early. You receive full principal + accumulated 13.5% p.a. coupon.

Return: Principal + 13.5% p.a. (pro-rated to KO date)
2
Held to Maturity — No Knock-In
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8Maturity

The worst-performing stock never breaches 70.0% of strike during the tenor, and never triggers KO. At maturity, you receive full principal + 13.5% p.a. coupon.

Return: Principal + 13.5% p.a. coupon
3
Knock-In Triggered (Worst Case)
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8MaturityKI hit

The worst-performing stock drops below 70.0% of strike at any point during the tenor, triggering knock-in. At maturity, if the worst-performing stock is still below 100.0% of strike, you receive shares (or cash equivalent) at the depressed price. Capital loss possible.

Return: Potential capital loss — depends on final stock price

KO Stepdown Schedule

ObservationKO Level
Month 1105.0%
Month 2102.0%
Month 399.0%
Month 496.0%
Month 593.0%
Month 690.0%
Month 787.0%
Month 884.0%
Month 981.0%
As the KO level steps down each month, it becomes easier for the note to knock out and return your principal + coupon. Once KO drops below 100%, the stock only needs to be at or near its initial price — it doesn't need to rally above the original KO barrier.

Basket — Worst-Of Mechanism

This is a 2-stock basket autocallable. All knock-out and knock-in observations are based on the worst-performing stock in the basket at each observation date.

Even if 1 of the 2 stocks are performing well, a single underperformer can prevent knock-out or trigger knock-in. The higher coupon compensates for this additional risk.

Stock Analysis

AMAT
Applied Materials

Leading semiconductor manufacturing-equipment supplier across deposition, materials engineering and advanced packaging. AI, HBM and leading-edge foundry investment support equipment demand, while earnings and semiconductor-capex cycles can still create material price volatility.

Monopoly supplier of extreme ultraviolet lithography machines — every leading-edge chip manufactured globally requires ASML equipment. No credible competitor exists for EUV technology; pricing power is structural. AI-driven semiconductor capex boom is translating directly into record equipment order books.
