How It Works

1
Early Knock-Out (Best Case)
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8M9M10M11MaturityKO!(KO dropped to 90%)

At any monthly observation, if the worst-performing stock (worst-performing stock in the basket) closes at or above 105.0% of strike, the note is called early. You receive full principal + accumulated 14.9% p.a. coupon.

Return: Principal + 14.9% p.a. (pro-rated to KO date)
2
Held to Maturity — No Knock-In
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8M9M10M11Maturity

The worst-performing stock never breaches 70.0% of strike during the tenor, and never triggers KO. At maturity, you receive full principal + 14.9% p.a. coupon.

Return: Principal + 14.9% p.a. coupon
3
Knock-In Triggered (Worst Case)
KOStrikeKIStartM1M2M3M4M5M6M7M8M9M10M11MaturityKI hit

The worst-performing stock drops below 70.0% of strike at any point during the tenor, triggering knock-in. At maturity, if the worst-performing stock is still below 90.0% of strike, you receive shares (or cash equivalent) at the depressed price. Capital loss possible.

Return: Potential capital loss — depends on final stock price

As the KO level steps down each month, it becomes easier for the note to knock out and return your principal + coupon. Once KO drops below 100%, the stock only needs to be at or near its initial price — it doesn't need to rally above the original KO barrier.

Basket — Worst-Of Mechanism

This is a 3-stock basket autocallable. All knock-out and knock-in observations are based on the worst-performing stock in the basket at each observation date.

Even if 2 of the 3 stocks are performing well, a single underperformer can prevent knock-out or trigger knock-in. The higher coupon compensates for this additional risk.

Stock Analysis

Undisputed leader in AI chips with dominant data center GPU market share. Demand for Blackwell architecture GPUs continues to outstrip supply. While the stock has pulled back from all-time highs, the AI infrastructure buildout provides a strong fundamental floor.

AMD
Advanced Micro Devices

Key player in GPUs and CPUs, gaining share in the AI inference market against NVIDIA. Competitive MI300X chips and strong data center growth make AMD a compelling SI underlying. Price has corrected from highs, offering attractive entry for stepdown structures.

MU
Micron Technology

Top memory and storage chip supplier riding the AI data center boom. Recently signed its first 5-year Strategic Customer Agreement, securing long-term revenue visibility. HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) demand from AI training is a structural tailwind.
